new machining center speeds up processing large aluminium profile series

The machining center of our aluminium profile workshop was upgraded to a new Emmegi Phantomatic M3 model in January 2020. The machining center enables more efficient processing of Maytec's aluminium profiles.

Thanks to the new machining center, the processing of large aluminium profile series is now approx. quarter faster compared to the old center. The new center can machine three surfaces.

The new machining center improved also work quality and safety. The milling cutter is even more precise and faster than before and the noise level is lower. Thanks to the full protecting plexiglass, the shavings do not fly and the working environment remains tidy.
