SKSGroup companies SKS Control Oy and SKS Mechatronics Oy merged 1st of October 2019 and the common company name is SKS Control Oy.

SKS Mechatronics Managing Director Jussi Sirpoma became a Managing Director of SKS Control Oy.
- Our goal is to provide the best service in component sales and system deliveries. I believe that we can also play a stronger role in international technical trade. After the merge we have now over 20 specialists to serve our customers more efficiently, says the Managing Director Jussi Sirpoma.
